Wooden resource shelf at child height activity
Guild rank: apprentice — Partly checked
Early-years activities and room displays, posted as quests and tagged against the EYFS areas of learning. Free text search first, filters to narrow — the whole library is here with no sign-up, and every record carries the rank that says how much of it a human has checked.
Guild rank: apprentice — Partly checked
Everything on one low open shelf, in trays, so a child can see the whole set of choices and put one back without an adult. Wooden materials last, do not crack when dropped, and look the same in three years, which matters more than novelty. Change three or four pieces a week rather than all of it: a small addition gives small hands something to rediscover, and nothing on the shelf needs a label because it is all in reach. Keep trays big enough that everything has its own place.
Group size and setting are recorded and shown but are not filters in v1 (SPEC 8).
